(Top^)What is NextEmployee.com
NextEmployee.com is a web-based Employee Marketplace TM where companies shop for the Next Employee with pre-recorded Video Interviews.

(Top^)• What's the difference between NextEmployee.com and standard employment sites?
For one thing, there is no searching for jobs at NextEmployee.com, we provide you tools such as saving of resumes etc. But we give you something that other employment sites don't give you--Virtual online video interviewing capability, where you can practice and save an online interview showcasing your capabilities to the potential employer.

(Top^)• How much does membership cost in Next Employee.com?
At this time it is FREE for both the Job seeker and the employers. But we reserve the right to start charging at a future date without notice or approval.

(Top^)• Is my information safe?
We have all the information in our databases password protected, but anything that you include in your resume, and the Virtual Interviews, may be searched on and viewed by registered users of this site.

(Top^)• How can I minimize exposure of sensitive information?
Think about what information you want released, even more strictly than you do when you are filling out a form for a sweepstakes or an application. Because on the internet it is exposed to a lot more people. So some simple precautions will help you avoid problems:
- Get an email account that is separate from your main email accounts. You can get free email addresses from numerous places such as: Gmail.com, Hotmail.com, Yahoo.com or Mail.com. It is not limited to just these, there are many sites out there that offer custom email accounts.

- Don't put your home address if you don't want to receive junk mail from companies that harvest emails. Resumes are the most accurate places to get personal info such as mailing address, telephone even Cell phone numbers which are not available in any other directory yet. So please exercise proper logic.

- Change the information you have put on the resume from time to time, or at least make sure you have the right information.
Finally, keep track of all the places you have your resume listed. This is in case you change your email or phone number information, you don't want an employer to try your contact information and get a, "Phone number is disconnected" or an email bounce back.

(Top^)• Will employment agencies contact me?
Of course they will. They have access to this site. If they register they can. The object of this site is to get you exposed to as many avenues as possible so you can get a position that is well suited to you.
